In addition to the above shipping methods, for orders placed by telephone, fax or mail we offer the following
shipping options:

United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post
FedEx Ground
FedEx Express Saver (3rd Business Day)
FedEx 2Day (Second Business Day)
FedEx Standard Overnight (Next Business Day)

Note: In stock orders usually will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders containing out of stock items will be
shipped in full when all products are available, unless customer requests partial shipments. Customers
will receive automatic e-mail updates regarding order and product status.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable
packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any
additional charges. Please note that we do not accept a P.O. Box addresses. Your package that is
addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee and will require
an address correction charge.

Shipping charges are added during check-out. Shipping charges for the home improvement packages
might need to be adjusted due to weight variables and necessity for the multiple UPS packaging. If your
shipping needs adjustment you will be contacted before we make any changes.
