Dust Muzzle Ultra
The Dust Muzzle Ultra is based on the design of the original Dust Muzzle and is the most efficient design available for right
angle grinders. The Dust Muzzle Ultra uses the centrifugal forces created by the grinding wheel to push the dust out of the

point of origin. The Dust Muzzle Ultra uses an adjustable collar, spacer washers and set of flexible adapter rings designed to
accommodate the entire range of collar diameters and grinding wheel configurations for both 5" and 7" grinders.

Cover Plate for Dust Muzzle
The Dust Muzzle can be converted to an efficient dust collector when cutting with the edge of a saw blade, a tuck pointer or a
crack sealer.
This snap on cover plates can be attached to any 5" or 7" Dust Muzzle. The 5" Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate combination will work
with saw blades, crack sealers and tuck pointers with diameters from 4" to 5". The 7" Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate combination will
work with 6" and 7" saw blades, crack sealers and tuck pointers.
When used with the cover plate, the worker can make dustless cuts in tile, cement, fiberglass or other materials when using
diamond or carbide tipped saw blades and wheels.

Loveless Dry Ash Fine Particle Drywall Vacuum
The dust collection tools as offered by Sidewalk Savers™ will only work as well as the vacuum system that is behind it. Vacuum
power is measured with two statistics: the cubic feet of air (CFM) that is moved through the filters and the height to which the
motor will pull a column on water (water column). Water column is also an indicator of how well the vacuum will maintain the
rated CFM when the filter gets dirty. The standard vacuums found in the hardware stores will usually have ample CFM but they
are lacking in water column. When the filter becomes clogged, they quit pulling.
Another shortcoming of the standard vacuums is the filter system. Most of these models have a single cartridge filter similar to
the air filter on a car. They have very little surface area and they are easily clogged. Once they are clogged, they quit working and
our dust collection products become inefficient. Sidewalk Savers (tm) can offer an excellent American made vacuum that is
completely compatible with our dust collection products.
The Drywall Vacuum is an excellent 120 Volt, 11.8 Amp vacuum at a very reasonable price. It is a 119 CFM, 16 gallon wet-or dry
vacuum on casters with a heavy duty hose and a complete set of attachments. Whereas the more common vacuums found in
the hardware stores have between 30-40" of water column, our Drywall Vacuum has 76". The vacuum also has a triple filtration
system. There are two wet-or-dry filters that surround the motor and these can be cleaned by shaking a cleaning "noggle" on
the outside of the vacuum. In addition to these there is a micro pre-filter bag that can be installed in the canister.
This vacuum does the job of vacuums costing more than $1,500.

Micro Pre-Filter Bag
The micro pre-filter bag is installed in the dry vacuum canister. This is a .5 micron disposable filter that will hold up to 30 pounds
of concrete dust. It works similar to the home vacuum system in which the filter is thrown away once it is full of dust. When this
filter is installed, the two filters that surround the dry vacuum motor will rarely need cleaning.
The micro pre-filter bags come in packs of two.
