The Dust Muzzle uses the centrifugal forces created by the grinding wheel to push the dust out of the exhaust
port. When connected to a Dustless Vacuum system, the Dust Muzzle can remove up to 95% of the pollutants
at the point of origin. The universal adapter is designed to be used with the Dust Muzzle Type II. Will fit any 5"
or 7" angle grinder. Includes Hose, Universal Adapter and Dust Muzzle.
General Notes:
- Always use the 8" Dust Muzzle for 7" diamond Cup wheels and soft pads.
- Use the 7” Dust Muzzle with 7” Cover Plate for the 7” diameter Crack Sealer Blades and 7” Tuck Point
Blades.
- Always use the 7” Dust Muzzle for 7” Zec Wheels and 7” Sanding Discs.

The Dust Muzzle can be converted to an efficient dust collector when cutting with the edge of a saw blade, a
tuck pointer or a crack sealer.
This snap on cover plates can be attached to any 5" or 7" Dust Muzzle. The 5" Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate
combination will work with saw blades, crack sealers and tuck pointers with diameters from 4" to 5". The 7"
Dust Muzzle/Cover Plate combination will work with 6" and 7" saw blades, crack sealers and tuck pointers.
When used with the cover plate, the worker can make dustless cuts in tile, cement, fiberglass or other
materials when using diamond or carbide tipped saw blades and wheels.
Included in the box:
- Cover Plate of designated size with instructions for cutting the Dust Muzzle Shroud (sold separately)
